These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They are written to describe this product honestly rather than to defend it cleverly. Nothing here takes away a right your own country gives you — see Governing law.
What these terms cover
All of it, paid or not. The free conversation with Gracen, the record, the message house, the articles and the ebook are covered by these terms exactly as Three Moves is. Most of what follows applies whether you have ever paid anything; the parts about money say so.
Including the first question on the homepage, which needs no account at all. Asking it means accepting these terms for that use — there is nothing else it could reasonably mean, and pretending an anonymous user has agreed to nothing would be less honest, not more.
Who you are dealing with
Overlooked is operated under the trading name Beyond Overlooked. A Singapore company is intended and does not exist yet; until it does, that name is the operator. hello@askgracen.com reaches a person, and it is the address for questions, complaints, refunds and deletion alike.
Payments are taken by Link, not by us. Link is the seller of record for the transaction, which is why your card statement shows Link and your receipt comes from Link. The service itself is provided by Beyond Overlooked, and these terms cover the service.
Who this is for
People in work, eighteen or over. It is not built for under-18s and should not be used by them.
Signing in is a link sent to your email address. There is no password, so there is no password to lose. Anyone with access to that inbox can reach your account — that is worth knowing if you use a shared or work address.
What you get
The conversation with Gracen is free. It is not a trial and it does not run out. We reserve the right to rate-limit it, because it costs money to run and abuse is the only thing that would force a change.
Three Moves is a single payment. Two weeks of written conversation about one situation, and then a plan — three specific moves, written down, yours afterwards. It is delivered at the end rather than the start, and the refund policy is shaped around that.
After you buy, there is a window to begin before the purchase lapses, and the exact date is on your account page. We do not restate it here, because the one place it is calculated is the only place it can be right.
What this is not
This is coaching about being understood at work. It is not therapy, not medical or psychological treatment, not legal advice, and not an HR or employment-law service. If your situation needs any of those, it needs a person qualified in it, and no amount of good coaching substitutes.
Gracen is an AI. Not a person, not supervised by a person in real time, and capable of being confidently wrong. Read what it gives you as a considered opinion to weigh, not an instruction to follow. You decide what to do in your own workplace, and you carry the consequences of it — which is true of any advice, and worth saying plainly here.
It is not an emergency service. Nothing here is monitored for crises in real time. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services, or find a crisis line for where you are at findahelpline.com or befrienders.org. Gracen will point you there too, but a person is what you need and a chat window is not one.
What we do not promise
No outcome. Not a promotion, not a raise, not a change in how anyone treats you. What you are buying is a careful read of your situation and specific moves to try. Whether they land depends on your room, your timing and other people, none of which we control.
The material draws on published research. That means the reasoning is sourced — it does not mean a result is predicted for you.
Money
The price is shown before you pay, with tax added where it applies. You will see the full amount on the checkout screen and on your receipt.
14-day money-back guarantee. No reason needed, no questions. The whole policy, including how to ask and what you keep either way, is at beyondoverlooked.com/refunds.
Wherever you live, if local law gives you longer than this, that applies instead.
Gracen cannot process a refund and will not quote you terms. She is instructed not to guess at this, because a confident wrong answer about your money is worse than no answer. She will point you at the page.
What is yours, and what is ours
What you write is yours. Your conversation, your record entries, your message house. Your record downloads as Word or Markdown at any time, whether or not you have ever paid, and it keeps working if you stop.
Your plan is yours to keep and to use — at work, with your manager, however it is useful. It is written for your situation and we do not restrict what you do with it.
The material behind it is ours. The articles, the frameworks, the ebook, Gracen herself and the way the product works. Reading it, quoting it with attribution, and using what you learn are all fine. Republishing it, reselling it, or using it to train or build a competing product are not.
What happens to your data, where it sits and how to have it deleted is on the privacy page, which is written against the running system rather than in the abstract.
Using it reasonably
Do not use this to harass, threaten or build a case against a named individual. Do not scrape it, resell access, share an account, or try to extract the underlying material or prompts. Do not put other people's confidential information into it — you are describing your own situation, and other people in it have not agreed to anything.
If an account is doing one of those things we will say so and, if it continues, close it — free or paid alike. A closed account that had a live purchase gets refunded in full if the plan was not written, unless the reason it closed was fraud.
Ending it early
You can end the engagement at any time, for any reason or none. This is a right, not a favour, and it does not depend on where you live.
What comes back is the part of what you paid that covers anything not yet delivered. Because the plan is the thing you are buying and it arrives at the end, that means a full refund at any point before your plan is written — not a proportion of it. Once the plan is written it is complete and yours permanently, including if you never use it.
To end it, say so on your account page, in the conversation, or by email. A person reads it either way.
Stopping
You can stop using any of it at any time, paid or free, and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel — a single payment buys a single plan. To have your data deleted, write to hello@askgracen.com from the address you signed in with. Download your record first; deletion cannot be undone.
We may change or withdraw the product. If Three Moves stops being sold, anything already paid for is either delivered or refunded — not stranded. If the free conversation changes, the change is described on the site rather than made quietly.
If something goes wrong
Write to us first. Not because it limits your rights — it does not — but because we would rather fix it than be right about a clause, and it is faster for everyone. We have never refused a refund.
Where the law allows a limit, ours is what you paid — and if you have paid nothing, as free users have not, that limit is nothing. We would rather write that down than let you find it out later. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make at work on the strength of what the product said. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, and including the consumer rights described below.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
That does not displace the consumer rights of the country you live in. If your local law gives you protections these terms do not — a longer cancellation right, a mandatory remedy, a right to bring a claim locally — those apply regardless of anything written here, and we will not argue that this clause removed them. Taiwan, the EU, the UK and Australia all make contracting out of such rights ineffective, and we have written these terms to sit inside that rather than against it.
Changes to these terms
The date below moves and the change is described. Anything that materially reduces what you get is announced by email to anyone with a live purchase, before it takes effect — not after.
The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones shown when you paid. You were also shown a short notice at the till; that exact wording is kept, and you can ask for a copy of what you saw at any time.
Contact
hello@askgracen.com — questions, complaints, refunds, deletion. It reaches a person.
If you are in Taiwan, the 行政院消費者保護會 consumer helpline is 1950. We would rather you wrote to us first, but that channel exists and we are not going to hide it.
