The whole policy
Full refund until your plan is written. No reason needed, no questions — and in any case within seven days of purchase.
Wherever you live, if local law gives you longer than this, that applies instead.
What "written" means
The thing you are buying arrives at the end, in writing. For One Move that is the move — one observation and one move with the words. For Three Moves it is the plan. Until it is written, a full refund is yours for the asking, however long that takes. Once it is written, you still have until the seventh day after purchase. After that, it is complete and yours permanently, and the refund side is closed — though if something is wrong with it, write anyway.
Ending it early
Separately from the seven days: you can end the engagement at any time, and get back whatever covers something not yet delivered. Because the plan or the move is the thing you are buying, that is everything, at any point before it is written — there is no proportion to work out. The term is in the terms.
How to ask
Any of these. None is better than another, and none needs a reason attached:
- Your account page — beyondoverlooked.com/app/?account=1. It shows your dates and has a button.
- Email hello@askgracen.com, which reaches a person.
- Say so in the conversation. That counts too.
A person reads it and replies by email. The money goes back to the card you paid with.
Gracen cannot process a refund and will not quote you terms. She is a coach, not a billing system, and she is specifically instructed not to guess at this — a confident wrong answer about your money is worse than no answer. She will point you here.
Before asking your bank
If you are unhappy, ask us first. Not because a chargeback is not your right — it is — but a refund from us is faster, and a dispute takes weeks for everyone involved. We have never refused one.
What you keep either way
Your record — the three-line entries you have been keeping — downloads as Markdown or Word whether or not a plan is running, and it keeps working if you stop. That is not conditional on anything and never will be. See what we hold and where.

Gracen 無法處理退款，也不會告訴您條款內容。她是教練，不是計費系統，並且被明確指示不得就此推測——關於您的錢，一個自信但錯誤的答案比沒有答案更糟。
若您不滿意，請先聯絡我們，再考慮向銀行申請爭議款。並非因為那不是您的權利——那是——而是由我們退款更快，爭議程序對雙方都要耗上數週。我們從未拒絕過。
