How to ask
Any of these. None is better than another, and none needs a reason attached:
- Your account page — beyondoverlooked.com/app/?account=1. It shows your dates and has a button.
- Email hello@askgracen.com, which reaches a person.
- Say so in the conversation. That counts too.
A person reads it and replies by email. The money goes back to the card you paid with.
Gracen cannot process a refund and will not quote you terms. She is a coach, not a billing system, and she is specifically instructed not to guess at this — a confident wrong answer about your money is worse than no answer. She will point you here.
Before asking your bank
If you are unhappy, ask us first. Not because a chargeback is not your right — it is — but a refund from us is faster, and a dispute takes weeks for everyone involved. We have never refused one.
What you keep either way
Your record — the three-line entries you have been keeping — downloads as Markdown or Word whether or not a plan is running, and it keeps working if you stop. That is not conditional on anything and never will be. See what we hold and where.
